MICRO DOSAGES
If your products are consisted of a number of raw materials (15-20
units) and the quantities of these mixtures require sensitivity;
We perform automatic serial dosing operations in both mechanical and
automatic way by using micro weighing accuracy of 1, 2, 5g to ensure
you to have target products in the most accurate way. Dosing of more
than one raw material at the same place by using the decreasing or
increasing weighing technique is among the applications we perform.
FILTER and DUST SEPARATION SYSTEMS
As all raw materials we transport by means of pneumatic or
mechanical transport method are in form of powder and granule, there
definitely raise dust after entering into the process. In order to
prevent it and separate the material from the air again, it is
required to use dust separators or, so called, filters.
We use package dust separating systems or products of WAM,
LETHANBEURGER, KEK products depending on the characteriStic of your
process, particle size of the transport material and operating
condition under vacuum and pressure.
In all transfer operations and filter manufacturing, we cooperate
with European solution partners and domeStic filter cloth producers
and companies producing specific filter element and also use 100%
Teflon DuPont products that may operate with the jet pulse systems
with its construction developed by us.
These products are filters designed to operate at maximum
temperature of 150-250oC and separate particles 1-5 microns in size,
having large dust holding filters in small diameters. Additionally,
depending on the process to be used, 1- Surface Polishing, 2-Calender,
3- Teflon Impregnation, 4- PTF coating and 5- Special resin covering
operations are performed to provide the most efficient pneumatic
transfer operation.
The reason is that we know a good dust holding system is one of the
most important aspects for pneumatic transfer. For this fact, we
cooperate with the best international and national trademarks (WAM,
LETHANBEURGER, MIX and KEK are the registered trademarks of the
companies).
Dehumidifiers-Coolers:
This equipment change atmospheric conditions of the air used in the
processes. When performing pneumatic transport in some processes,
the air delivered by the blower may reach to 65-70oC, possibly
making change in the characteriStics of the raw material to be
transported. For this reason, complex equipment cooling or removing
moisture of the air are required.
