compensate such errors.

time according to the proper use in the mixture, whether it is

Now it is easy to monitor flow status of the liquids in the process,
monitor faulty or all steps and perform dosing in micro level. By
means of 4-20mA,0-10V flowmeters, we are capable of measuring the
spontaneous flow rate by accuracy of 1-2% by using pulse flowmeters
reading spontaneous flow rate.

*** Weighing and Dosing Operations
All conStituent materials of your process are weight with accuracy
0.3% by help of loadcells and thus mixtures are formed according to
the manufacturing recipe. This formation is made either early when
it is taken from the silos or in the cyclones. Furthermore, your raw
materials or semi-finished products in the reaction type process
operating constantly that does not allow weighing by discharge at
any place can be measured when they are in move, that is,
transferred by means of loadcells and magnetic, volume or turbine
type flowmeters inside the pipes during transfer.
Such products include, for example, detergent, grease, oil, sludge
and cake cream having gel consistency and not fluid.
As to the powder raw materials, it is achieved by means of mechanic
transport. Calculations are made just at this time by means of
reduction method or flow rate.
*** Time, Temperature, Moisture Atmospheric Conditions
If your process operates in the atmospheric condition and varies
depending on moisture, temperature and time and different situations
are dealt with in different ways, changing your production schedule,
we can orientate your process according to these conditions by
keeping these variants tailored to the conditions.
If you perform pneumatic transport and the air delivered from the
blower may affect your raw material or cause it to Stick to the pipe
wall, we filter the air in the processes specifically and, if
require, dry and cool it.
