CONTAINER DISCHARGE AND VACUUM SUCTION TRANSMITTERS, OPERATIONS OF MANUAL DISCHARGE AND DELIVERY TO THE SILOS

Raw materials may arrive at the production site in 25-50 bags or in bulk.

When the materials are delivered in bulk, this raw material is taken by vacuum by means of blower as shown in the opposite picture. Afterwards, we deliver it by pressure to the silo or target distance.

On the other hand, the granular materials arrived from abroad in containers are clamped to the face of the air lock by wide-neck bag by means of the discharge system underneath and subsequently the material poured from the container lifted by tamper thus can be delivered to the silos by help of blower.
