STORAGE SYSTEMS

We have categorized transport methods for dosing, weighing and transferring your powder or granular raw materials under three headings: Vacuum, Pressure and Mechanical Transport.

All these transport methods performs transport of your raw materials from the storage place to the target location. At these step, the storage is performed in the silos.
We may describe the silos as the container for storage
There are different types of silos.

1.) Indoor Silos
2.) Outdoor Silos.

1-INDOOR SILOS
They are made of stainless steel, aluminum or Trevira (silver ion-based) fabric depending on the operating environment at the firm temperature and moisture, electrostatic powder painted, as per the food regulations.


Trevira Flexible Polyester Silos
Tevira polyester silos are designed and produced as R534 and R024 conical shape 430gr/m2 725gr/m2 with 60 degree in the desired sizes suitable for transport by pressure, vacuum and screw as supported by conical sections having conical sections 430gr/m2 725gr/m2.

2- OUTDOOR SILOS
In general, they are produced as silos with skirt and foot made of stainless steel or aluminum.

BIG-BAG DISCHARGE

If you purchase and store your raw materials in big-bag sacks and desire to introduced them in the process in this manner, you may take advantage of our big bag discharge units of 1000k2 and 2000kg. They may be connected more than one in serial as suitable for both transport systems (pneumatic and mechanic) and managed together with all process silos. The system is open to all kinds of options.

***STORAGE OF LIQUIDS
We produce all kinds of tanks in general having skirt, double-wall, serpentine, curved, conical, manhole and in sizes appropriate for the process depending on the character of the liquid to be stored. Then we take from here the liquid in the desired amount and transport it to the target location in the most proper way. We have applications for glucose, lecithin, invert sugar and liquid yeast.
