Loadcell:
They are electronic equipment weighing the powder or granular
material taken from the silos and converting the same to analog or
digital. In this way, the desired quantity of product is taken from
the storage station and introduced in the process.
Flowmeter:
They are magnetic, ultrasonic and turbine types of equipment
measuring liquids according to kind and flow type of the liquids to
be introduced in the process. We have application ¼” to 6”.
Converters
They are special equipment converting values used in the process
such as weight, pressure, temperature and moisture from digital to
analog values. RS-485,RS-422
Level Sensors
They are equipment sensing fill rate of the silos, filters and
cyclones. Ultrasonic, vibration and inductive models are available
that vary depending on the process to be applied.
Automation Systems
Electric and Automatic Systems for Specific Projects
Although all operations performed have same engineering and
characteriStics, all processes differ in terms of regime and ambient
conditions. No process is same with another one. For this reason,
all software programs, CAD, CAM, PLC, SCADA, are developed and
applied on site depending on the process and in the required way.
All user interfaces used in the processes contain PLC and Pane.
These equipment communicate with other users definitely deployed on
the same site. We have application processes operating with 32
terminals on site.
We can distribute your terminals throughout your plant environment
irrespective of how big your space may be. Furthermore, we may
transfer your process to the network environment, internet and
different locations by TCP/IP protocol and intranet solutions. In
this way, the production centre and offices, albeit they are in two
different cities or countries, communicate to share data.
If there is no possibility of connection for the process by means of
territorial or cable network, it may be possible to communicate with
the centre in certain periods by GSM modems.
High Quality User Terminals
Minimum configuration contains 12 digital inputs, 2 quick counters,
8 Digital outputs, 4 Analog outputs and 4 Analog inputs.
Structured Cabling, Automation and Site Applications
In each application, revision operations varying 10-20% may be
required depending on the project size. The may be listed as
structured cabling, switch group and automation in order.
Electric system is optionally designed at the beginning so as to
perform all these revision operations. Efficient running of Master
and Client PLC software for operation of the process is performed by
our experienced personnel on site.
